I really loved how I would receive calls, text along with emails about updates of my case. Very professional staff always their to answer my questions. I have seen their commercials all the times. My case process took about a year only to get settled.

I absolutely love the team with Ben Abbott and Assoc. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. They worked very hard to get me the most for my injuries. They were patient and explained the whole process to me. Even though the pandemic they kept in contact with me and returned my calls same day. I highly recommend them all my friends and family.

Ben is a great guy. My wife and I have used him multiple times. We were rear ended and got taken care of well. As anything it is not perfect but they try very hard. The results are good and fair. We are clients for life. My wifes' case was also complicated and it was handled well by Ben Abbott and his team.

The team is wonderful. The law firm is great. My brother in law used Ben Abbott when they were in Mesquite 20 years ago. Our family trusts Ben Abbott.I like their commercials on tv. The communication was good on the phone.

I was involved in a car accident in May 2020, during the height of Covid. Ben Abbott handled my case. My attorneys, case managers, and everyone associated with my case did a great job. My case had a few obstacles in the way. Even after my case was settled, my attorney was still working. To my surprise he had gotten me an additional settlement. Spoke to soon, I got token calls by the newbies for last year and half.
At the deposition I had to ask when it was almost over which one was my lawyer and you still haven't heard anything about that either over 2 months ago
