I called to possibly obtain Ben Abbott law firms services. The lady who answered the phone I believe her name is Linda. She answered phone unprofessionally, would not identify herself. I asked who I was speaking with, she was rude and responded "you're calling here who do you want to speak with" I again asked for her name, she again said you're calling Ben Abbott's office. I told her I'd like to know who I'm speaking with. Rudely she said this is Linda. That was enough for my family not to use their service.

Ben Abbott took care of me from day one. Guided me through the whole process and made me feel better. Always called me with updates. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone involved in an accident.

I called this firm for professional assistance on an accident that I got into. Called the firm and I informed the lady who answered that the other motorist had no insurance... the immediate answer I got was "we cannot take your case" no other questions asked. I spoke with a different lady and they stated they could. Now I am looking for professional legal assistance and the response I got from the first lady was not professional at all made me doubt this firm for my legal assistance. Before blurring out any response in my opinion is to ask more questions like " Did you have insurance?" Something along does lines. Please please train your personnel on how to treat a patencial client.

This place is a waste of time. I told them the whole situation in case before they took it. Their response was " that not a problem we can win that easy". Not,,,, they held my case up just to say they can't do anything, AND I HAVE A POLICE REPORT.

This was my first time ever going to any attorneys office. From the first call I made to them to my last day I have always been treated with the upmost care and respect. They really listen to your needs and you’re not just working with one person. I had gotten weekly updates about my case. They were attentive to detail and I could not be any happier with the process. I know accidents are never planned but they made me assured I was taken care of.

My experience was awesome! I was taken care of the next day right after I had called regarding my accident. They hooked me up with a dr to examen me and referred me out to be taken care of. While I was receiving care, I would be called periodically to get checked on. When all was said and done, I was given 500 more dollars than what was expected. I'll refer Ben Abbott and associates to anybody I know who gets involved in a car accident.
