Although initially I was under the impression there was no hope for my case, I decided to retain a lawyer regardless. I struck gold with Lytza, she's very professional while also remaining human and personable. She'll level with you immediately and she doesn't horse around. I should have received much more severe consequences but ultimately wound up with Deferred Adjudication. 10/10 Absolutely would recommend.

Mr. McCabe is an excellent communicator from day one when you are searching for an attorney, throughout the process of of waiting for a court date, and even after the process is over. If I ever had a question about anything, he was diligent in his response time as well as making sure I understood absolutely everything that was being presented to me. He made the entire process as smooth as possible. I was in regular contact with he himself or his Legal Assistant, Irene, who is an absolute delight to speak with. I know that if I ever have a question about anything pertaining to my case or anything tied to it, that I can call or email his office and they will assist me in finding the answers.

The Rojas Firm has been a wonderful and dedicated team to me and my family. In a 2 year case anytime I called with questions I always had answerers. Mrs. Rojas performed above and beyond I could have imagined the outcome to be.

I had three charges from 2 different counties, with pretty serious ramifications. I switched attorneys mid term due to the reviews and experience of Lytza. The other attorney was said to the best in Austin. I 100% disagreed and I am glad I did. Lytza was able to come in and get the two major charges dismissed!! She was able to get a fair deal on the lessor of the three and that will be dismissed after completing deferred adjudication. I am forever greatful for her expertise, knowledge and determination. She is really pleasant to deal with and did not BS me. The one piece of advice I would offer other than using her is to be patient. Its not fun due to the situation but, she will do her best and courts are slooow. I will be using her in the future to help clean up some things and she is 100% recommended based on my experiences and outcome.
