Matt was exactly what I wanted in a lawyer when I was hiring one to handle my divorce. He was blunt, told me exactly what my options were, and I was granted my divorce on day 61! He was easy to work with, very responsive, and also cared throughout the process as well. I highly recommend him!

Great lawyer very helpful

Retaining Matt to handle my divorce was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I ended up getting custody of my children which, as a man, isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Matt was very straight forward about everything and completely obliterated the lawyer my now ex-wife retained. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the outcome and would not hesitate to use him again.

Mr. Samuel Gardner is a great attorney that helped me with a serious case. He was straight forward and offered factual legal advise and options throughout the whole process. After getting me a good plea deal Mr. Gardner was able to get my case sealed right away despite the prosecution being in opposition. We came out on top in the end and I appreciate the effort he put in.

Matt is AWESOME. I'm so glad he was on my side. If it wasn't for him, I am pretty sure I would have buckled and gave in to pressure and stress and the manipulation of my ex husband. But he used "tough love" and pushed me to stay strong and in the end, he got me what I should have had years ago. He is a permanent name/number in my phone. If you need not only a powerhouse attorney but also a pretty strong hype man, he is def your guy.

If I could choose nothing as a rating that’s EXACTLY what I would’ve done. I tremendously regret hiring this lawyer and paying him in full. He gave me terrible advice on my case, lied to me about actions which I needed to take, and the cherry on top HE FLED MY DAMN CASE! I couldn’t contact him after that advice led to a warrant for my arrest and I tried for 2 weeks.... his “secretary” at the time always made every excuse as to why “Attorney” Gardner was never available in those moments. Funny thing is, prior to all the HE WAS THE ONE ANSWERING THE CALLS. Yeah, I was younger and didn’t know any better because it was my first, last, and only offense..... but it’s definitely haunting me to this very day. Thanks Sammy, some piece of work you are.
