I highly recommend Stewart Guss! they did a great in my car accident case

The representative pointed me in the right direction and provided additional resources I may need to help me with what I needed.

ZERO STARS. Definitely would never recommend. It's true the less your case is worth, you'll receive bare minimum service if any at all. In almost a year they sent out one letter and it wasn't even to the VA. They called twice in almost a year, but I did all the calling to get any sort of status on my case. However, Every time I called, they have the same canned response, "OH We'll pass that on to the team" The team never calls back - rarely if ever. They claim the team is formulating some plan regarding your case, but in almost a year, this supposed team never relayed to me what that plan was???? Absolutely no noteable or ANY progress on my claims or appeals within one year. There is, has been and continues to be a severe lack of communication between Attorney staff and Veteran regarding case status. In summation, I learned money talks and since my case didn't involve large amounts of money to be made representing me. This is most likely why my claims and or appeals DID NOT receive the urgency or legal attention in almost an entire year. Extremely Dissatisfied to say the least. In my humble opinion, This firm is "Certainly not concerned about the Veteran whatsoever". Joseph Marchese

I heard nothing but good things about them. I reached out to them before I was denied and they were very helpful. After I got denied, I tried to contact them again via internet and 2x by phone unsuccessfully. The times I called on the phones, everyone was busy and they were supposed to be returning my call. Never did. I then remembered I had their email address still. I sent them the denial letter and proof. But not one contacted me back still. I just went ahead and filed my supplemental claim on my own.

Was very informative and listened to my personal and legal problems with a lot of empathy. Would definitely recommend
