I'm very happy with the outcome of my case! Thank you so much!

I was at ease allowing Chisholm Chisholm and Kirkpatrick to work on my case. They surpassed my expectations and was able to get me everything I was entitled to.

My experiences with CCK were very pleasant. They were very thorough and very professional. They made the entire process of filing a claim for appeal(s) painless. They kept me informed of every step along the way and, if I had any questions never hesitated to return my calls. They never made me feel as if I were a bother to them. I would highly recommend CCK to any veteran needing to go through this process.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone going over my case. Discussing these things makes me upset due to the issues I faced with the military and the VA not helping me. After she got all the questions answered I asked about the costs. I was told it was to be 33 percent or 1/3rd of the amount I would make. Obviously this was the most amount I’d ever heard of so I told her that. They would not negotiate on price. I was crying and upset about the whole ordeal because this situation I experienced ruined my life and then I had to explain the whole situation and get worked up. Then I find out how much they are taking advantage of veterans and I couldn’t stand it. Veterans, there are cheaper options out there. They do not deserve our business. We risked our lives for this country and not for others to take full advantage. Good luck

I spoke to a very nice lady that seemed sympathetic to my situation but unfortunately I have no legal recourse to the party at fault since they were uninsured.
