I tried these guys but don't waste your time, they will not help you. Go somewhere else and give a percentage of your lump sum award to another more deserving firm. Not everyone can be me, infantry, 3 tours, 12 years in service, almost got a general court martial for fighting back against the chain of command and fort bliss EBH for my mental health, opted for a chapter 10 (chapter in lieu of court martial) and got intstantly reduced from an E6 to an E1 and an other than honorable discharge. I did it on my own in 2016 and was awarded 80% and again in 2024 on my own to 100% after these cats wouldn't take my case. Believe it or not but, if your reading and comprhension is good and have the ability to research you can do a lot on your own. ILMB and sisters. Again, don't waste your time with these guys, all they see is green.

Wasted my time with them

AMAZINGGGGGG communication. I thank God and pray for them everyday. Im more than greatful for them helping my husband who was in desperate need. They went above and beyond & are still doing everything possible to better his life. There work is outstanding and very detailed. Integrity at its finest. I will for ever have them in my heart.

All these people complaining boo hoo they took a year boo hoo they won't work on price boo hoo they don't cater to me boo hoo they said they can't help have any of u with these bad reviews ever had to go to court for anything whether it's the va or county courts or irs it takes time people ssi takes along time so does getting rated for ca benifits seems yall want them to work for free and cater to your every needs they have thousands of cases to deal with not just yours and quite honestly if it takes a year to get benifts so he it because when u get backpay it's gonna be like Christmas so stop complaining better yet why don't u go file on your own get denied everytime waste years of your time and them see how much u appreciate a lawyer helping u people always want everything instantly quit crying and man or woman up im fine waiting I started oct23 and if it takes till next oct so he it be cause I'll be set with alot of money to buy what I need plus yall are getting benifits while u wait

I retired in 2003 (Army) and had multiple service connected medical conditions with ratings ranging from 10% - 20% each. Over time the conditions worsened requiring eight orthopedic surgeries to include four total joint replacements. I was unsuccessful in acquiring any permanent increases (straight line math equaled 260% for a cumulative award of 90%. I was also denied a service connection / rating for PTSD even after the VA appointed psychologist diagnosed PTSD during my C&P exam. After the use of another attorney without success I was referred to CCK. They thoroughly reviewed and accepted my case. After CCK appealed my claim I was awarded the service connection for PTSD with a 70% rating and increased ratings for various other conditions. It’s taken twenty years but the VA finally granted 100% P&T. CCK’s office always communicated and were quick to respond when needed. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, expert representation and giving me closure. Best of luck to you in the endeavor to obtain the benefits deserved.
