Tracey Lewis of Rosenberg Sprovach represented me in a TWC appeal to reverse my denial of benefits, as I'd resigned. Despite she and I felt I had good cause, it's rare to receive a reversal in such a situation; however, she won my case. Ms. Lewis is a brilliant, caring, patient attorney - absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her!

I was unfortunate enough to need the services of a Texas law firm despite being a resident of California. I was fortunate to find the law firm of Rosenberg Sprovach and was more than happy with the representation they provided. Never in a million years did I think I would need an employment attorney, but when a bitter former employer sued me I am so happy a friend, and one of the largest restauranteurs in the city, referred me to Gregg Rosenberg because that is who he uses. From start to finish Gregg coached me through it, often in the evenings or over the weekend. I am 35 and single, and couldn’t have gotten through this very scary and stressful time without his knowledge, compassion, professionalism and service.

Non compete case with previous company filing Temporary Injunction against me.
Gregg has been very quick to respond to all questions even discussing case on weekends. Gregg was very impressive in court room, shutting down Temporary Injunction. Gregg's professionalism and knowledge easily made opposing lawyer look like high school drop out.

Gregg Rosenberg is dishonest and he is a horrible attorney. He has been sued multiple times for legal malpractice, etc. Don't give your money to this man. He is a horrible attorney and a liar. There are so many other decent, honest, excellent attorneys to choose.

Used G. Rosenberg after being force to retire. Let me say, if you have any type of labor problems, you need to get in touch with Rosenberg Sprovach. They will do everything possible to make sure you are dealt with fairly . They did for me. I did retire but with a clear record and full retirement benefits, plus a very nice settlement from my employer. With that, I purchased a annuity that will give me and my wife an nice additional income for the rest of our life.
