When I was unjustly terminated from my position with a big Fortune 500 company, I didn't know what to do. They wanted me to sign a "waiver" absolving them from any and all liability for "age discrimination" in exchange for a severance package. I was the oldest person in the department and had out performed most of my co-workers. I contacted Gregg Rosenberg instead and he immediately took my call and discussed my options with me. It was a trying ordeal but Gregg was tenacious and very hands on in personally handling my case. I really appreciated the fact that they handle their clients cases and don't relegate it to a junior associate because when you are in a fight with big high dollar corporate attorneys, you need someone who will fight for you tooth and nail and that's what I got with this firm. Rosenberg Sprovach took my employer to task and made them pay!! I could not have been happier and will forever be indebted to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
