Great Guy

Mekisha made what felt like an overwhelming process seem easy. She was understanding and non-judgmental, she made me feel safe, supported and believed. She's responds quickly and is completely discreet. My original lawyer told me that when the case was dismissed it would also be expunged and I didn't see it on public background checks so I thought it was, but not true. I just wish I'd hired Mekisha in the first place. She turned what had been an awful experience into healing one.

I was hungry in Houston craving crawfish a few months back so stopped in to grab a few lbs… A friend happened to be there too and saw me eating alone so she told me to come join the group. A solo lunch turned into a fun lunch and I met a bunch of good people… one of those people was Will Vaughn. Someone at the table mentioned that Will and his wife had a family law firm and helped people who’ve been charged with DWI. They had NO idea that I had just been charged with my only DWI and was in the process of deciding what to do - but then and there I made the decision to go with Vaughn Law because I just liked the guy at lunch and he seemed sharp. To sum up the rest, before he left I got his card… we talked many times over the next few months… he’d call randomly and ask for details on the case I had left out… and on the day we showed up for court (4 days ago now) he absolutely OWNED the room, knew more about what I wanted to say / ask than I did and got me the absolute best result I ever could have imagined. Just a good, upfront guy. 10 out of 10 recommend Vaughn Law and you’re welcome in advance. -James

Muy buena abogada. Muy buen servicio

Me da tanta pena decir esto pero también fui afectado por el caso de mi hermano. A mi parecer la abogada no fue lo suficientemente responsable y ella dice que hizo todo lo posible por conseguir una fecha de corte cuando no fue asi. Me parece que ella fue muy poco profesional. Se perdió tiempo y dinero porque si ella hubiera sido más competente , las cosas hubieran sigo diferentes. Es verdad que no fue a verlo ni una sola vez , para ella fue suficiente con una sola videollamada , parece que sus casos en el condado de harris eran tan importantes que no tenía tiempo de ir a liberty a ver a Manuel. A mi me duele lo que le paso a él, y me molesta porque es mentira lo que ella dice , ella no simpatiza con la gente a ella solo le importa el dinero. Nosotros fuimos quien llamábamos para saber del caso de Víctor. La asistente lo único que hacía era decir “estoy checando el portal” pero sólo mandaron un correo al fiscal. Seguramente el supuesto recibo que dice Sara que va a mandar , es las horas que se paso la asistente conectada a internet revisando el portal, eso no era lo que esperábamos escuchar , pensábamos que serían insistentes mandándole cartas o mociones o algo así al fiscal. Lo único que hacía era checar el portal , y que por arte de magia aparecieran las pruebas y la fecha de corte. Si no le insistían al fiscal, obviamente no iba a dar fecha de corte ni dar las evidencias, pero como no les importa …. Cuánta irresponsabilidad, y el reembolso se pidió porque creímos que con los $4000 que se dio , no hizo absolutamente nada. Dios le de iluminación a todos aquellos que piensan contratarla. Porque es un fraude ?
