This attorney helped me in ways I cannot fully explain in just words. I found her information on Google and called for a consultation. She not only gave me the peace of mind I was hoping for, she also went above and beyond by giving me all information I needed to fully understand my situation and make an informed decision. What stood out the most was how she explained the perspectives of all functions pertaining in a court of law. Even those functions that I was not aware of. What they look for, why they look for it, how it affects me, my options, her best suggestion, her experience/knowledge in similar cases and above all her confidence, which I know can only come from a place of hard work and due diligence. My husband and I hired Michael Mercer for 2 felony burglary charges on my husband's behalf. The charges filed against him were enough to put him away for many years. Mr.Vaughn is the BEST!! I explained to him I needed a faster resolution date & he promised & executed just that! I went to court on TUESDAY & he was appointed my attorney. By FRIDAY my case was DISMISSED!! I was not scheduled to return to court until March.
