My child’s mother filed child support against me and told the judge that she wanted back pay from when the child was born. I’ve been helping her take care of my child since birth, sending money, buying clothes, and just being the father I know I needed to be for him. After providing proof of past payments, text messages, and videos, back child support was denied and I’m now able to see my son more because Ms. Champs requested expanded visitation.
