Matt Tyson and his firm were Amazing. If you are a dad and want an attorney that is tough and would fight for what’s right for your child, then he is the type of attorney you are looking for. He is honest, straightforward and very ethical. A master negotiator who won't let you down. He will tell you like it is and cut to the chase. He doesn’t tell you what to do but listens, tells you your options and pushes you in the right direction and I am satisfied with the outcome. His firm also sends you itemized bills and it is awesome, so you can see everything your retainer fee is going into. Absolutely worth the hype.

He took $250 at consultation and gave no sound advice. Just took the whole hour trying to pull up and act like he is reading my case when it was provided in advance. I emailed to provide more questions but were all ignored. But secretary was aggressive about paying prior to consultation..

I highly recommend Matt Tyson. I was searching for an attorney that (1) specializes in family law litigation, (2) is honest and forthright, and (3) is friendly toward a father’s parental rights. Matt is all three. My initial consultation was honest and informative, and he took the time to listen, ask for details, and express possible challenges. He is very knowledgeable about the dynamics of the courts and will shoot straight with you and not waste your time. He would take time to discuss the case, if and when I needed it, but he was also mindful of the costs to me. He genuinely took interest in me as a client, and successfully fought for me. Divorce/custody can be emotionally charged, and I asked him to keep me from both getting taken advantage of AND taking advantage of my ex. He kept me from going too far in either direction.
