Polite, fast, and effective! Hopefully never in this situation again, but if I was, I would definitely use Britt again.

I hired Ms. Henny to represent me in a child support & guardianship case. She met me at court, was prepared & submitted our documents timely. I would highly recommend Ms. Henny and hire her again for other legal issues, like preparing a will.

My good friend Attorny Jonathan Goins referred me to attorney Henny. He stated that she would be the best attorney to represent me in Family and Attorny General Court, and he was so correct. After taking my case and starting on the paperwork she discovered that unbeknownst to me there was a warrant for my arrest issued from the attorney generals office. She immediately file the necessary paperwork for us to appear before the judge, and after taking her time and explaining to the judge in detail my situation the judge found it fit to resend the arrest warrant. My sons mother, her attorney and one of the attorney generals demand that the judge throw me in jail for six months. Attorny Henny then took it steps further, she explain to the judge the manipulative tactics that the attorney general office were doing without the Judges permission and without his consent. The Judge then took his time and went through every detail of my prior appearance before him, along with all the new information that we had for him. After careful consideration he then apologize to me for having to go through the unnecessary situation that I was in. When the attorney general office and my sons attorney were not successful they then tried to have my child support increased. But Attorney Henny wisely and intelligently with great calm, argued my case and the Judge denied the attorney general and my sons mother and her attorney request to increase child support. Doing this entire ordeal attorney Henny worked out with me a very reasonable and affordable pay schedule, so that I was able to pay her a fair wage that would not put me in a financial bind but was able to pay enough so that she can win my case and make sure that I was treated fairly now and going forward. I now have so much peace in my life that I do not have words to explain it. It’s all because of Attorney Lillian Henny’s hard work. If you’re having problems and find yourself getting nowhere in this complicated court situations Attorney Lillian Henny is the attorney for you.

Everyone that has ever been in an accident knows the fear and worry that's happens in a wreck and when it's a severe hit and run it makes the situation even worse. Luckily we had Sneed/Mitchell to deal with the insurance who didn't want to pay and they made sure to get every dollar of our policy to pay for surgery and the bills from my wife missing 6 weeks of work.
