I came to Lillian in desperate need of an attorney who could represent me in my prenuptial agreement. Prior to working with Lillian, I was in a legal nightmare for 7 months trying to negotiate a prenup with my boyfriend. The attorneys at that time were more concerned with racking up billable hours than providing reasonable legal guidance that would lead to a fair & mutually-beneficial prenuptial agreement. And as a result, we kept going in circles with negotiations. After being tired of going in legal circles, I decided to find a new attorney & hired Lillian. Immediately from the first conversation with Lillian, she removed a lot of the fear & anxiety I had with my prenup and took time to educate me about Texas marital laws & divorce. She even laid out multiple, great solutions for me & my boyfriend to consider so that we could end our ongoing negotiations. Lillian was the first attorney that made me feel like she not only cared about me, but also my relationship. Negotiating prenups can definitely cause arguments & tension in a relationship, and most attorneys out there only add fuel to the fire. Lillian, however, did the complete opposite. She extinguished the fire by helping my boyfriend and I reach a fair, mutually-beneficial prenuptial agreement that we both are happy about. We feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders & he is now planning his proposal to me!!! Ms. Mitchell was an excellent and professional attorney. She listened to all of my concerns and needs. She also took care of everything in a very fast and timely manner. Especially if I had any questions or concerns on a weekend or after business hours, she would still return my calls or send me a text message to answer my questions or concerns that I had. Based on my experiences I had never had an attorney who would call you back themselves and take care of you concerns ; normally they have their legal assistant to do the work for them. So I give her five stars for an outstanding attorney because not once did I speak with a legal assistant in her office, except for Ms.Mitchell.
