Attorney Mitchell is very professional and caring. I had some issues with the law firm personnel and she reached out personally to resolve the issue which means a lot in this day and age of vile customer service. I absolutely love this law firm. I was hit on the 4th. I went home to do research and to have a consultation. Keep in mind it's a holiday weekend. They returned my call the very next morning. They went over every process of my claim throughly. Assured me I was in the right hands. Any questions I have I text them. THEY CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR!!!!
