The Marc Whitehead & Associates team was extremely helpful during my entire process. I have to highlight my case manager Erica Wilson. She really took a lot of the burden off of me. Her assistance in my case's preparation relieved me of a lot of the stress of having to secure documents from multiple institutions. Overall, this was a very professional team who I would definitely recommend to anyone going through the disability claims process.

They were so wonderful they helped me when another firm dropped me. Anthony, Barbara, and Kelly were so patient and helpful!!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!

This is meant to be an honest interpretation of my experience utilizing this lawfirm for my SSDI claim. Silver-tongue's. Thats what these guys are. They speak professionally and eloquently. They make attempts to be courteous. But they absolutely do not know how to represent their clients. My representations name was Chris Stevenson. I had multiple discussions with them over all of my disabilities. Being that I am rated 100% P&T through the VA already, I had all of the documentation organized and ready to present my case even with past work references. Long story short, my hearing was in November of last year and my attorney was abhorrently late to the hearing! Leaving me without representation blatantly disrespecting myself and the judge and wasting our time. I was respectful to the attorney, however it is unbelievable that an attorney would use any excuse beyond life and limb to be late to a vital hearing. He didn't even take hardly any opportunity to actually represent me during the hearing either, he was quiet for the majority of it.. Do not waste months of your life like I did waiting on these guys to not do their job. Update (25 Jan 2024) I find it interesting that the office responded so quickly when throughout this process I waited days even weeks to speak to someone. That is telling. The attorney was late and even he mentioned it regardless if the ssdi did the reaching out. Point is he could not be reached and left us all waiting. It was unprofessional and even he mentioned this to me. Stop trying to defend how little you all actually did for me. Because I was not represented. Period. It was all a joke and a waste of time. Whatever you want to speak about..you can do it so everyone can read as well. Rather I won't waste my time calling again just to speak to what amounts to a call center relaying me to a voice-mail. Go find better representation yall.

I contacted Marc Whitehead for my initial SSDI claim as I wanted to do it right the 1st time. Kimberly Warren and Barbara Milan reached out to me initially and made the process smooth. After 2 denials we went to the ALJ level and I worked with Erica Wilson who was GREAT, I doubt I would have been able to do 1/2 of the work she helped me with. I am very pleased with the work they did for my eventual approval!

I had the privilege of receiving help regarding my disability claim from Dee Cowap at Marc Whitehead & Associates. I contacted them with apprehension but was soon revealed due to the level of professionalism and at the same time compassion to my issues. I am very impressed and grateful for the assistance I have received up to now. Thank you Dee and all the staff at Whitehead & Associates.

Save yourselves from this law firm! 1. The initial application process was screwed up from the beginning. I had to contact them multiple times, in which they never respond back, about how it has been three months before we even got the initial application off the ground. 2. I went through the whole process of my claim, twelve months, and was approved. However, they had no clue! that I was approved until I sent them an email a month later. lol 3. They try to put the blame on SSA. I had to do all the paper work. Medical records, function report, employment history... all of it. DDS in Austin stated that they have not received anything from this law firm. I tried to contact them, the law firm, but as usual they never respond. EVER!!! So... I decided to do all the work without them. 4. It's not done yet with me! I have contacted SSA Internal Investigation Office and told them about the law firm. They are going to investigate them. I have also contact Congressman Plfuger to tell him about what had happened. They both are going to get all the conversation messages I had with them. 5. They will tell they care and that they are working diligently. However, I did the whole process without them and they had no clue that I did it and won. 6. I have over 400,000 reviewers on Google Reviews, I hope I can save at least one disabled individual from this nightmare. And Lastly...... They will get the chance to respond to my review. They will try to cover all of what I said under their rug and move on to the next sucker. You have been warned! Move on to other law firms and do your research on them.
