I have been trying to get a hold of my case manager Shelby Thomas for months now, but she never calls back or answers emails. I had an appointment with her months ago but I got pulled into training at work, I tried returning her call and left several voicemails. I emailed her last on 6 Nov and I previously emailed Courtney Martin on 10 Oct but neither responded to me. The last emails I got from either of them were in June. Since both of them are not answering emails or returning calls I am contacting you directly. I got my disability raised from 30% to 60% thanks to your staff. My lawyer stated she was going to submit a request that my sleep apnea and asthma be separated rather than together which would raise my disability from 60 to 70% a few months ago. I have been checking ebenefits to see if my claim has been filed but it has not I am trying to see where my case is. I will say the receptionist Cindy is a nice lady I am surprised she does not know my number by memory by now.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Chris and Anthony kept me informed and helped me win my case.

I was pretty excited originally when I contacted this law firm with my case. My intake person was awesome. However after turning in all paperwork that was asked to fill out. I had not heard anything. Needless to say I feel Somehow I fell between the cracks. Was waiting on feedback and information from Bailey. I never received anything. When I called to ask what was going on with my case. I learned Bailey no longer works there and my case seems to have just be stagnant. No updates, no calls, or emails in reference to my case. Which I find disappointing. I have literally been trying myself to get things done. Just disappointed on the outcome. I asked out of frustration to have my case closed because wasn’t getting the help I needed. Was really hoping for a great outcome

Called this firm for help on a situation they were not able to help, but I got a prompt phone call back. Very pleasant young lady answered all my questions and if my situation was to change she would be more than happy to help. I will remember them if I ever need representation in the future.

I don’t think I can recommend. I am honestly very worried about my case. The intake specialist talked up pretty high standards that I have yet to see. I have not seen the follow through & help with anything I was promised from the start. It has been an uphill battle for sure. It is also extremely difficult to communicate with anyone. I’m worried about my case because even filing the paperwork social security needs was not done correctly. We are really behind and I still don’t feel heard. What is going to happen when it comes to addressing other issues I was assured about during intake that still have not been addressed? (partly because they filed paperwork wrong- but if it goes through, will I be represented properly- a client should not worry about this) Take away: They talk a big game, but their follow through seems to be anything but so far. I don’t know if they need more staff or just better ways to communicate. Also reevaluating their process from intake to filing. —- I see some replies from other reviews, if the business feels inclined to reply, please give me an actual way to reach out, not a generic phone number where I’ll be passed around. Please follow through—
