Do not use them. My reconsideration has been sitting at SSDI since December. I never received the paperwork from the original claim till weeks after it was due which is why it was denied in the first place.I have reached out several times to the attorneys office regarding updated medical issues and trying to speak with someone is impossible. Had they contacted me when I called them trying to give an updated address and medical information this would’ve never happened! They seem to have high turn over with staff and have zero follow up. This process has been difficult to go through in itself and to put trust in a law firm with your personal medical issues and then to be ignored and treated like you don’t exist isn’t ok. Having compassion for people with disabilities and fighting for their rights that they paid into should be the driving force to help people not just making money at the end of their claim. I pray no one has to suffer medical issues and be at the mercy of a careless law firm.
