They absolutely work as fast as possible and keeping me up to date on my case. I made a EXCELLENT choice when choosing Marc Whitehead and Associates.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My father hired this firm over a year ago. He has spent most of the last several months in the hospital. I began attempting to contact them while he was on life support and could not advocate for himself. His situation has deteriorated rapidly, he has had heart attacks PLURAL and a stroke. My father requires round the clock care now. We have no insurance and no assistance whatsoever. This firm does not seem to care. They don't call back; they almost never even answer the phone. There has been ONE update in MONTHS. They should have changed their approach when his situation changed, but they have done nothing at all, and I am tempted to call their neglect malpractice. It's unconscionable at a minimum. I am looking into our other options, but, for lack of a better phrase, "Buyer Beware."

Great representation! Kimberly was amazing. I never would have gotten approved as quickly as I did without her. She was always quick to help me get in touch with SSA so I could get updates and to make sure my application didn't get sidelined with the offices being short staffed.

It’s been almost 3 years waiting for Short and Long term disability. They are more focused on getting the most money but filing your claim on the very last day of each appeal. It’s really sad how they are suppose to help the disabled but I feel they take advantage of us in our time of need. You ask for a call back because no one answers their phone and they want to the reason. I’m so unhappy with this law firm the worse decision I ever made.

This was by far not a short or fun experience. However, there were a few people that made the process much more bearable. First Kimberly Warren was with me through the entire process. Even when I was given a new case worker, I requested that she remain on my case because she always listened, was compassionate, you never felt like just a number, rather a human being going through a very difficult time. I know she got tired of listening to me over the last almost 3 years but she always treated me like I was the only person she had to worry about. And I know that is far from the truth. I can’t say enough good things about her, the way she conducts herself, the way she continually communicates with you, and in general, the compassion she showed me. I didn’t have a very long relationship with Crystal Perez, but the time I did have her on my case she was very pleasant, always returned calls and or emails, and if she didn’t know the answer would find it and get back to me as soon as possible. Finally, I had the pleasure of working with Britney McDonald. Again, my conversations with her were few but when it came down to prepare for the hearing before the judge she made sure I was well informed and knew what to expect. And just like Kimberly, Britney gave you that feeling that she genuinely cared about you as a person going through a difficult time and was very thorough in explaining the process and what would happen. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my first case worker (who’s no longer there thank goodness) was an incompetent person who didn’t care about his job or the people he was supposed to be helping. In my case, he didn’t even submit half the documents I obtained for him to social security. Of course we didn’t find out that until I was denied the first time. That’s when Kimberly really went the extra mile and communicated with me until she made sure everything was properly uploaded in my file and submitted as it should have been originally. Unfortunately this guy is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars. He didn’t care about me, his job, or anyone apparently and in turn made things very frustrating for me as I had to go through my file with Kimberly to see what was and wasn’t submitted. It should have been done right the first time. I realize people make mistakes but this was flat incompetence! But Britney, Kimberly, and Crystal all deserve 5 stars for sure! I would highly recommend Marc Whitehead and Associates to anyone without hesitation.

Marc Whitehead & Ass0c. really did a great job helping me with my SSDI claim. My own attempt was initially denied but these folks took over and got it approved. They did everything. I had a stroke and don't think/speak well at times. Everyone understood this and walked me through every step. Thank you so much Marc Whitehead & Assoc. for job very well done.

Very professional in my case, I was denied disability and they fought to win in my behalf, thanks to Melissa, Jocelyn, Aggie , Imari and Jaime, they are awesome, and the best.
