My blood results were a .28 and I had no recollection of what happened during the arrest. I wanted to plea guilty, but Mr. Ganz insisted that we fight it because the police violated my rights and conducted a poor investigation. Glad I listened to him, he tore up the officers, made them look untrained, Judge did not allow the case to go forward.

I was charged with felony prescription fraud, and my career/education could've been ruined. I did lots of research, and interviewed several lawyers before finally finding Mr. Matt Horak. After listening to the aggressive plan that he proposed, I was convinced that he was best suited to handle my case. Because of his expertise, passion, and relentless hard work, the grand jury dismissed the charge, and I was able to continue my career. I wouldn't hesitate to seek his counsel again or to recommend him to a friend or family member.

I have contacted Diggs & Sadler 4 times over the past 3 months to assist with providing an agreement previously filed and no one has responded to my inquiries. Very disappointed considering they were excellent to work with 12 years ago.
