Hello. I have to say that this was an unknown process for me. But Erica Wilson, John Rios and Kimberly Warren made it seem so easy. I am really great-full with them and the firm they represent. They manage every aspect of this process thru emails, text messages, phone calls and mail. They used everything necessary and available to make sure every aspect was cover! God bless all of them now and for all the future commitments! I cannot recommend any other firm! Thank you.

Whitehead and Associates will get the job done! USAF vet with assignments at the ROK and various overseas and stateside locations. Been denied more times than one should with my significant military service connections. The last denial for an HLR, I felt Uncle Sam "four lettered" worded me. However, after I sent my decision notice to my case manager, Rayanna Perez, she responded in a positive way and within 3 business days sent me several emails detailing what the attorneys at Marc Stanley Whitehead plan to accomplished next. Ms. Perez has been spot on circling back to check my previous claims and explaining next steps. It is not the fault of the firm when dealing with the VA and the slow pace, however frustrating and anxiety fueled the wait has been - Ms. Perez and the team at Whitehead & Associates have been helpful, consistent, and professional. Fingers crossed for my next appeal!

Since 2020, my mother has been using this firm. She was diagnosed with Lupus since 2018. They require you to fill out a form in Which she has filled out 4 times, the same exact one. They want her to spend endless amount of money to go to the lupus dr, for the same results, diagnosed with lupus. The lupus dr is of no help as she gets different medicine every other week and gets blood work on the other weeks. They’ve sent her 3 denial letters as this firm can’t keep any lawyers. The social security office has even called my mother stating they never received her claim. Her and my father both, personally took the claim to the lawyers and still nothing. If you can’t deliver her claim stop promising false hopes. Till this day they do not answer the phone, return emails or voicemails. Yet, you claim to have submitted her claims 3 separate times due to you have 3 different reps.. she has so much hope with you all due to your reviews but as we know everyone has their own experience and this firm proved it. She will need a letter from you all saying that she is released!!!!! We do not want your representation! She cannot go to another lawyer because of you all
