My husband needed help back in 2021 and as of today I can tell you that his case was dismissed thanks to these two amazing ladies. Ebony is beyond amazing; she really listens to you and gives you reassurance and peace of mind. Kim is sent from heaven she really pushes through on cases and goes above and beyond to represent you. I can honestly say that I recommend Daragh Carter and paralegal Abigail Villegas for your legal needs. They are friendly, informative and get back to you with questions and concerns in a timely manner. Although my case took 4 years (not their fault) they always followed up with me and kept me informed. DISMISSED!! Is where I can first start this off at!! Chris was able to get my first ever DWI case Dismissed!! Even though I tested twice over the legal limit. This was a very lengthy process, took roughly a year and a half to complete but it was worth it in the end. I’m not go lie I had doubts and knew I was going to lose and I’m sure I was almost one of his difficult clients to work with due to me being impatient and scared. He was very reassuring no matter how many times I called, emailed or text that he had my back. He fought for me like I was family and I will forever respect him for that! Even though it was a long process Chris had the judge wave my court appearances so I literally only had to be there twice over the whole year and a half process! Now the price never changed, I was giving a set price regardless how long this case got drawn out he never had any hidden fees his price was his price ! He worked with me with a payment plan even when I was late or needed a little time to pay him he still worked with me and understood my circumstances. I hope I never have to call you again lol and I mean that in a good way but if your looking for someone that’s go fight for you he is the way to go! I was looking for an attorney and found Denuna law firm,because I had picked up my fourth DWI which was enhanced to a felony ,made an appointment with Chris he was straight with me. He told me what I needed to do !,not what I wanted to do, I took his advice and did what I was told to do,by attending aa meetings ,getting attendance signatures and keeping a journal on the topic that was discussed during the meeting. I did exactly that !!! Chris fought a year and a half for me and the DA would not budge a bit ,he wanted to send me to prison due to my criminal history . We reached and agreement that was acceptable which was a blessing considering the situation I was in. Chris was awesome showing his strength and effort in handling my case.
