I had picked up 3rd dwi while I was still on probation on my 2nd dwi. The situation was looking very hopeless because I was looking at 5years prison time with TDCJ but Chris was able to work the prosecutor down when all hope was lost and he (Chris) got me 3years probation with no prison and my probation violation wwas dismissed. I got my freedom back all thanks to Chris. I will definitely recommend Chris to anyone that needs his service for the professionalism. Thanks Chris you the best

Like most people finding themselves in court, I really had no idea what the process would be like, but Chris really guided me through it, turning what would have been a confusing nightmare into a breeze. I was honestly in disbelief at how simple he’d made the whole thing and it was quite a relief to go from an egregiously early curfew and no driving order to a few hours of classes for a dismissal. I attended only two court session, once to get all bond conditions dropped and once more for the dismissal. No joke, Chris would walk in, say a couple words, then we walk out with a great outcome. I don’t plan on needing it, but I’ll be saving his information.

I hired Andrew Bayley last minute as I got served a surprise divorce petition. He immediately got to work and responded to the petition so I would not lose the roof over my head in 2 weeks. After he navigated the waters in the background. So I could focus building a new life. When documents were needed he texted and we communicated effectively via text or email. Keep in mind every minute is charged, so I tried to keep communication to a minimum. I trust as this is HIS PROFESSION, I have mine. He definately does thorough investigation to try get the best deal for me after getting surprised with a divorce by my soon ex.

Mr. Denuna was an amazing lawyer from walking me through every step of the way to being very communicative with me. He tried his best to fight off my DWI and we successfully were able to get it dismissed and i am very appreciative of him for that. I was struggling to find a Lawyer for my DWI and Carrying a weapon, so I had to find a lawyer as soon as possible, due to contacting and trying my best to get a lawyer, I came across Chris Denuna he was the only one that answered me on the first call and we were able to sit down and talk, due to him already there at the court house! I was so blessed to have him as my lawyer and he understood everything I was needing to get done! He is a wonderful person! He helped me out a lot throughout the year, DISMISSED my DWI, and carrying a weapon case and now we are expunging my record! He is a honest person and very good at communicating with you through email, text, and phone calls. He explained every detail about my case and how to solve the problem. Daniel Bayley was effective, efficient and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process which included arbitration I would give him more than five stars because I believe he went above and beyond. He was a God send considering the difficulties I encountered. All litigation is stressful, and it’s important to have confidence in your representation. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a Divorce Attorney.

Do not use this law firm. I really wish I hadn't. Listen to the bad reviews, which unfortunately weren't there when I hired them for some reason. They ignore you constantly and never give any updates unless you constantly ask for them and even then, it's not even helpful. They switched paralegals so many times, I never knew who was no longer working there. We agreed on a flat fee if we didn't go to trial, but after all was said and done, even though we didn't go to trial, they still charged me double than what we agreed on. I don't even know what they charged me for, they literally never did anything at all. I don't even have kids. And the worst part is, when you're going through a bad divorce and you're at such a low point in your life and are hurting so much, you would think a divorce attorney would at least pretend to care or have compassion, but Andrew Bayley is just cold. Ignores emails and doesn't make any effort whatsoever, and the way he talks to you makes you feel like you're inconveniencing him and that you don't matter. Plus, when he finally does respond, he doesn't even answer all your questions. I really recommend Matt Tyson instead. I had a consultation with him too, but he charges a higher flat fee. I ended up paying a lot more in the end than I would have with him. Also, Matt Tyson and his paralegal were amazing whenever I spoke to them, and I really wish I used them instead. Don't make the same mistake I did just to save a little money. In response to the blatant lies, I definitely was a client, unfortunately. Matt has much more and better reviews than you to be wasting his time doing this. I'm obviously a Google Local Guide Level 7, so I'm a real person who has been reviewing for years. If you don't like the truth, then do better and treat your clients better, instead of grossly overcharging and forgetting they exist. You definitely did offer me a flat rate, liar. And now everyone will know.
