Contacted Smith and Hassler for a slip and fall injury. They were very responsive and helpful. They helped me get my medical bills paid for and I got reimbursed for out of pocket coverage. I would recommend anyone that was in any kind of accident to use Smith and Hassler.

I was in a rear-ended collision in Houston. I stumbled upon (literally) the name of this Firm. I had never sought out legal counsel for anything. Mr. Carter walked me through everything and kept in close contact with me through all the processes. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Carter and the entire staff. Although i never wanted the accident to happen, they made me feel at ease that i did in fact have a case and it was worthy to pursue. Mr. Denuna was not my first choice for a lawyer, I had a different lawyer him. My previous lawyer was condescending, and demanded extremely high monthly payments. The payments were higher than my rent. He must’ve forgotten we were in the middle of a pandemic. I received my DWI in August of 2019 and Chris was very helpful and confident from the very first call. I immediately hired Chris after reading some of the reviews and I was so glad I did!!!
