First thing I want to thank my attorney Daraugh Carter and his assistant Abigail for all their efforts and hard work to get me a fair settlement this firm is very professional and helpful I would tell anyone who needs help to go to Smith and Haassler

I was t-boned by a woman who ran a red light this past June (2018). It was a pretty scratch situation and my car was totaled and I had some minor injuries. I am so lucky to have reached out to Smith and Hassler to help with receiving the settlement I knew I was entitled to! Darragh Carter was a lifesaver for me! I got into the accident mid-June and was moving to Scotland that August, so I needed help getting compensation asap! Mr. Crater came through 100%. Without his help, I would have missed out on so much. The legal process is quite mind-boggling, but Mr. Carter is a pro at what he does and made everything go so smoothly! Hopefully, I won't need a lawyer for anything like this again, but at least I know who I'd go to if I did! Thank you so much!

Smith & Hassler crew was able to take care of my legal needs. Attorney Kim was easy to talk to and guided me thru it all. And Ebony was always there to answer any questions I had when calling into the office. For a firm that I would see on tv all the time their fees are reasonable, from shopping around it seems like they stick to average prices, payment plan was super helpful too.

I usually am not one to do reviews, but this is different. Andrew and the entire firm did an exceptional job on my divorce and custody case. It was a very complicated inter-state custody case, which as you can imagine was an emotional rollercoaster. I would like to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Andrew for being there for me on countless phone calls practically holding my hand and reminding me that although things may seem difficult at the moment to remember that in the end the result was going to be as he anticipated. Sometimes in custody cases involving our children that we so dearly love and are afraid to lose negative thoughts and emotions tend to creep in. But, everytime I had these thoughts Andrew you were there for me and for that I want to thank you. In the end Andrew was right and the result was a favorable one for us. Thanks to Andrew and the entire firms diligence, fair pricing, and flexibility. I have and will continue to recommend The Andrew Bayley Law firm.

They were nice but I don't get the feeling my case will be resolved. Hit and run because can't get transport so biking. Assigning a doctor I can't get transport to doesn't help.

I personally cannot say enough about how impressed and beyond grateful I am, as well as my family, to Mr. Bayley. Hands down he was the best ive never expirienced any involvement with lawyers but he made the process very easy he explained everything to me he even went as far as giving me a court date within 2 weeks i love him for giving me rights to the most important thing in the world, my children his in thw best interest in the child and i just have nothing but good words to say about this man bless his heart i was a single mother in need and he definitely reached out.
