They were fantastic always calling seeing how I was feeling after my accident and guided me every step so I never felt lost or confused and they won me every single penny I deserved I highly recommend!

Used them for mediation for my divorce in may 2018 and I didn't feel they were neutral with the case, gave a lot of lead to the other party. I just came to an agreement to get it over with because it would have cost me more money if keep prolonging the case. So I lost more money than being evenly. That's my opinion, maybe it will be different for others in other cases.

I was in an auto accident in December 2016. Because the insurance company was giving me the run around about medical attention, I decided to seek out an attorney as it was a definite fact that I was not at fault (at a stop light, rear-ended and a witness brought dash cam evidence – just to name a few reasons) I contacted multiple attorneys and Mr. Carter was flexible, was willing to meet with in the late afternoon very quickly and was straight forward with me. He was always quick to respond to any question or concern I had via email (even late at night sometimes) which was unexpected but welcome. I was worried about being able to get the medical attention I needed because I know that with car accidents, medical insurance generally denies coverage since it is third party liability of the car insurance. He helped me to be able to seek the medical advice and attention that I desperately needed and even gave me personal accounting for family members who had similar treatment to what I need. We had to do mediation in which he was very well prepared for and briefed me before the mediation and I had to do a deposition where he gave me detailed advice. There were no surprises and he was forthcoming with any information he had ASAP – including emailing me right after Harvey, in the midst of flooding, with a settlement letter. In the end, we settled without going to court for 96% MORE than the initial settlement offer (no, that is not a typo) and I most certainly recommend Mr. Carter to assist you with your personal injury case needs!

Hands down the best law firm that I've ever worked with. I'm giving 5 stars, but they deserve 10! We used Daragh Carter as our Attorney, and he did an excellent job! Our case was a difficult one because it involved my daughter and a school district. Since it was a government agency there are a lot of laws and regulations which make it difficult to win a case against them. I was turned down by many of the local firms, however Daragh listened to our story and took the case on. He was great with our daughter, and was able to argue and win our case against an agency who had immunity for almost anything. Although you never wish that anyone needs a personal injury attorney; if you do, Daragh Carter is who you want on your side.
