I went to Smith and Hassler's office due to a hit and run accident back in October 2016. My attorney is Darahg Carter. Always, kept me updated on how the case was going against the other Driver's insurance. My mother and I went for Physical therapy as pain was present. My mother's and I case has been settled, and the vehicle has been repaired and back home for about 2 months now. The attorney and assistant are still fighting for us to get more money for the Vehicle's value decrease. Overall, totally recommended!

I can't recommend Smith and Hassler (and in particular, my attorney Daragh Carter) highly enough if you have a personal injury claim in an auto accident. Unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident and had my brand new truck totaled and my thumb broken, by a driver with minimum coverage auto insurance (not to mention extremely unresponsive customer service). I chose Smith and Hassler because of the excellent online reviews, and although I had reasonably high expectations, they were all exceeded. Daragh was always pleasant to deal with, 100% transparent, and kept me informed from the beginning of the process through the end. The entire team at Smith and Hassler managed all the communications with all insurance companies involved, so all I had to do was shoot a quick email every now and then to Daragh & team (which were always responded to promptly). I hope I'm not involved in such an accident in the future, but if I am, there's only one place I'll go!!!! Thanks again Daragh & team.

Today I spoke with a lawyer named Drew about an accident i was involved in that wasn't a personal injury situation however he still took the time to advise me and guide me in the right direction. I'm so impressed to find someone who knows they will not pick up my case yet still give me their time and wisdom. Much appreciated Drew!!!
