I found Smith and Hassler online. I really believe in reading reviews. Yes, sometimes there are bad one, but read them all. I was contacted in a timely manner ( I was surprised). The service I received was great. I always knew what was going on and when. I hope I never have need for this kind of service again (slip and fall), BUT if I do, I will call Smith and Hassler (Daragh Carter was GREAT!). We won the suit. Covered more then the medical.

I was involved in a total-loss car accident several months ago. At the moment, I had no clue how to proceed this. I was referred to Smith & Hassler's attorney at law by a family member. My attorney was Daragh Carter. He explained to me very thorough how to handle this case. He was very kind and answer every single question I had. Whenever I had a question I would email Daragh and he would promptly reply. He gave me his best judgement on how I should proceed situations every step of the way. In the end Daragh did everything he could within his power and won the case. I would definitely ask Daragh for legal advice again. I highly recommend him. Thank you for everything.

I was in a car accident, after months of dealing with the other drivers insurance company on my own I had finally had enough. On May 19, 2010, I along with my husband and three of my grandchildren, were traveling on the Southwest Freeway, headed to a restaurant for my daughter's birthday. On Oct 1st of 2011 I was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. I had both of my children in my truck at the time. My truck was completely totaled. From the wreck I started experiencing seizures which started to mess with my military career. Made it to where I couldn't drive with my children and was even scared to be left alone with my children. Daragh Carter made mine and my husbands life so much easier he fought very hard to make sure we got everything we were supposed to get.
