Mr. Ayson dismissed my case & always kept me updated. Highly recommended

I was walking home from the houston county jail googling DWI attorneys when I stumbled across Brian Ayson. He had 5 stars on google so I called him. After speaking with him on the phone, I knew I didn’t need to call anybody else and I ended up being right. Brian walked me through everything every step of the way. He was very good at explaining options and potential consequences of all. Needless to say when it was all said and done, I opted to take my case to trail and Brian got it dismissed w/o me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. In fact, I never stepped foot in a courtroom at all after I was released from jail. I am more than pleased with the results I got from Brian and his team. And while every case is different, you can be certain Brian will work to get you the best possible outcome he can. He will shoot you straight every step of the way and these days you can’t ask for much more than that. Thanks Brian! See you in a year for the expungement!

Brian helped me with a first offense DWI. I was nervous and unsure of what would happen. Brian and his staff worked diligently to ensure I was defended appropriately and coached me through the process. I had spoken with another firm that was recommended but they were over twice the price and I am not sure what they would have done any differently aside from charging me more. Personally I would give a 10 star ⭐️ if I could but there were only 5 stars available. I had a 3 degree DWI felony charge before the pandemic started and had all my hopes down. From what I know is that Texas does take DWI charges very seriously from all the fatalities that it caused in our state and most likely a 3rd DWI charge will not be taken lightly from the court system. But with all the dedicated work that Mr. Ayson and his associates have provided, my 3rd degree felony charge was dropped to a class A misdemeanor!!
