They were able to get me through my mediation but was not honest about their fee's. Told me because there was a trial date already set that I need to pay their trial retainer, but said as long as we don't go to trial you should get some money back. So I agreed but in the end they just milk the billing so they could keep all $8k dollars that I had to give up front. Samantha talks a good game and will make you feel like they have your best intrest at heart but in the end they want to get as much from you as they can. On top of the money. They did not keep me well informed during the process, they are terrible about taking and returning calls. Shawn was over an hour late to my mediation which was already a hard day for me to have to deal with a firm that miss schedules their appointments. Not turning in documents on time or the proper ones causing delays. They will tell you in the end that they credited you the rest out of the kindness of their hearts in hopes that you will be gullible with no complaints. I personally would not use this firm again.
