Rand Mintzer is with out a doubt the best attorney I have ever known. Life isn't always smooth. Mr. Mintzer was there for me and my family during a rough patch. Without Rand, the prosecutors would have had the upper hand and I don't want to imagine where my case would have ended and how it would have devastated my professional life and family. Fortunately, Rand made certain I don't have to think about that anymore. Finally, a great attorney.

I felt confident with Rand Mintzer immediately. After our first phone conversation, I felt I knew exactly what I was facing, how the process would work, and what the odds were of a successful outcome. I was facing a felony charge based on a false accusation related to an auto-pedestrian accident that never occurred. Rand was able to get the case dismissed by the Grand Jury and the charges were dropped. He always picks up the phone when I call and always has his door open. His rates and payment terms are very fair. I can't recommend Rand Mintzer highly enough!

This is Not your ordinary attorney that you hire and just take your money. I Highly suggest Mr.Rand as an attorney. He got my case dismissed within 3 weeks i hired him and i didnt even have to go to court and see a judge. Very dependable and affordable!

Mario is an AMAZING attorney. I received a traffic violation, failing to yield. Mario represented me and was ready for trial. He was representing someone at 9am and 11am and rushed to make mine at 10am. Mario arrived ready for trial, and after talking to the Prosecutor (2 min after his arrival) we received a dismissal. This process was smooth and easy. Mario is extremely informative, effective and the best! Instead of having to be in probation, pay attorney fees, etc., we walked out with a dismissal! I will always go back to him if I am seeking legal representation.

Retained Mario to help with a felony drug possession charge. He thoroughly reviewed the case and discovered problems with the prosecution case including lack of evidence and questionable arrest among other things. Showed up for the first hearing and Mario discussed the case with the prosecutor. Result? Case dismissed. No court costs nor further problems. Have a legal problem? Forget the stereotypes about lawyers. Rand Mintzer is an honest, caring, compassionate attorney who always has his client’s best interest in mind, not retainers or fees. Mr. Mintzer helped my daughter out of an unfortunate situation which could have ended with her being overly prosecuted. With the facts in hand, and an eye for justice, Mr. Mintzer negotiated a fair resolution for my daughter. I highly recommend him to anyone who might need his services.
