I hired Mr. Santos on a petition to correct my F-5 General Discharge papers from my previous employer. Mr. Santos was able to come to an agreement with the Chief of Police without having to go to the trial set date for the appeal. Mr. Santos is a very compassionate lawyer, he is a very detail oriented, patient, and respectful lawyer that knows how to approach the other attorneys or judges he is going to dealing with.

I don't know if i am able to give any detail, but i will keep the detail to a fair minimum just in case. I had recieved an unfair DWI case my birthday weekend when i decided to go to Baker's Pub on Baker St. in The Woodlands with my wife at the time and my bestfriend Daniel. To keep the long story short, the cops were called on us for misconduct at a Shell Gas Station on Rayford and Sawdust by a fellow towtruck driver that just so happen to be pumping gas at the same establishment. The cops got there, I didnt even have the vehicle keys on me, nobody was driving. My vehicle was parked, but i still got charged for a DWI since the car was registered to my name and the towtruck driver "witnessed" me getting there with my SUV. Needless to say, i got arrested, my car did get towed by the original towtruck driver that consulted the police. My wife had to get picked up from someone that she would call for. I was even trying to record the whole thing with my cellular device and it got snatched away by the fellow arresting officer. I was facing maximum penalty. But I got recommended Mario H. Santos by fellow great lawyer and Mario's colleague Allan Baer. After speaking with Mario, he made me feel 100% confident and ready to take this unjustified fight. I hired him off the bat!
