Rand was a life saver. Judge Johnson wanted to revoke my parole and issued a warrant for my arrest; even though 100% of the restitution I owed was paid. I was referred to Rand. He met with us on Sunday and by Tuesday Judge Johnson reversed his order. The cost of his service and time was nominal. I can't thank you enough for everything.

I know where I would be without Rand Mintzer.......prison. I made an unintentional business mistake that I had no clue of the ramifications until there was a warrant out for my arrest for a felony charge. Rand took very dark days and made them clear again. I am back in my profession doing what I am most passionate about. I am with my family whom I love, all because of the best attorney I have ever known. I am leaving this review because I hope it will help someone who is in the same amount of trouble find this very decent human being.

I could sense that Rand Mintzer was head and shoulders above the rest on our first phone conversation. I was facing a felony charge base on a false accusation related to an auto-pedestrian accident that never occurred. I had never been charged with anything more than driving over the speed limit before this. On that first call he took the time to explain exactly what I was facing, how it would work, and what the chances were of a successful outcome. He spoke with authority and didn’t play any games. He always picks up the phone when I call and always has his door open. His rates and payment terms are very fair. Best of all, he was able to get the case dismissed by the Grand Jury and the charges were dropped. I can’t recommend Rand Mintzer highly enough!

Being arrested in Harris County, is a nightmare! It has a an overwhelming and very flawed court system, it has one of the worst Law Enforcement systems in the county. The criminal justice system destroys lives, they can do what they want and get away with it. I met Paul in 2014 my brother was arrested in Harris county, prior to Paul I had hired Attorney Gotro, who took my money and advised to leave him in jail for for now? Attorney Riog, who took my money he went to court one time and was so apprehensive that he resigned from the case. Attorney Hays, whom was paid Mr. Hays tried, he was removed due to illness. All 3 did absolutely NOTHING!! My brother was facing a very serious charge I only wanted the best. So you could imagine how devastated my family was we had lost all hope and financial resources. We just knew my brother was going away for a long time for a charge he did not commit of Aggravated Robbery with a deadly weapon a sentence which carries 15 to 99 years. Our last day in Houston we were about to head back to west Texas, when my brother phoned from jail saying to call a Paul Morgan, he showed up at the jail and out of nowhere began speaking with my brother. I believe God puts people in our paths for reasons not clear to us at the time. I phoned Paul Morgan, hired him. It took a couple of years, but Paul, was with us, kept us informed, he did our family right, charges DISMISSED. Paul, he’s not afraid to stand up for your love one. Unfortunately, I find my self having to retain him again for different sibling, and I know he will do what he says he will do! I trust Paul because my loved ones life is in his hands. I would trust Paul with my own life, with Paul you can feel confident you made the right choice, with Paul you have a friend for life.

From the first call Rand and his team was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very supportive. Rand and his team helped me with every step of the process. The care and attention that Rand provided is second to none. If I didn't understand something, or if I was anxious about something, I would call him and he would help explain things. Rand always did his best to help keep me worry free.

I hired Mr. Rand for a criminal felony charge, after 3 weeks of hire he got my case dismissed and i didnt even have to go to court. Paul made my whole process as least stressful as possible from the beginning to the end and got my felony thrown out, he answers the phone whenever you call and is very understanding one of the few that’s actually here to help you out ,and not try milking you for every last dollar they can get.

Thank you Paul Morgan. First time I ever had a real lawyer on my case. I have used lawyers way more than I'd like to say. I can say this. Paul is the only lawyer I have ever had that I didn't mind paying. Worth every dollar and more. Paul did his job and did it very well. I was facing jail time on my second assault case. And with my back ground it didnt look good at all. I was willing to do probation,classes,anything as long as I didnt go to jail. I was supposed to go to court again tomorrow. Rand got my son's criminal case dismissed in less than two weeks. Every other attorney I called wanted to charge me at least double to represent my son.
