Paul is a great lawyer , he faught front line with me through my whole case , 20 months strong , and if anyone was ever late it was me . They offered me jail time, probation . I was charged with a DWI. This was a very serious matter for me because, in addition to a possible conviction, I also had a commercial drivers license at stake, and my livlihood is based on being able to respond to my customers needs at all hours. Paul handled it all from start to finish. First of all, he talked to me in language I could understand, and not that legal stuff. He would explain to me what was going on, and then I remember him constantly saying "What this means is....", and then he would explain to me what the legal mumbo jumbo meant in language that I could understand. He fought them at the hearing where they tried to suspend my license because I refused the road and breath tests, and convinced the people to give me a 24/7 occupational license. But where he really shined was when he got all the evidence knocked out and the State dismissed the case. But Paul is an easy guy to talk to. He picked up on the fact that that I was probably drinking because of a broken engagement with a fiance, and talked to me about it. He had been there and done that. And he knew where I was coming from. But what made me write this review is my case was finished about 8 or 9 months ago,, and I read on the internet that he had a big-time capital murder trial coming up, but the guy texted me to wish me a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and asked me how I was doing. It wasn't a plastic gesture to like drum up more business, You could tell the guy was really genuine. The guy really cares. But you really should have seen him go to work on that cop at my suppress hearing. That cop had to back-peddle so much the judge was rolling her eyes at him. He gets down on them!!!
