I met Ruby at an AILA conference some time ago and has always been a great point of reference for anything immigration related, and is a leading expert on waiver cases. So much so that I referred some family members over to her for a case that was outside of my realm of expertise. Both had a great experience and they were approved without issue and a lot faster than I anticipated. So, shout out to the Powers Law Group. They're doing a great job out there.

I would highly recommend attorney Ruby Powers, as she is a very diligent, hardworking , and knowledgeable attorney who always keeps you informed as to the process. My husband and I hired her to help us with my husband ‘s complex immigration case . She prepared the I 212 waiver in four weeks and it was approved .It was a long waiting period do to the type of waiver ,but through it all , she would keep us informed and would answer any questions with out hesitation. Ruby and her team were of great support. I would recommend her to anyone without any question. We have continued to work with her and recently filed the I 601-A waiver , our case was assigned to legal assistant Elizabeth Smith who has been wonderful . She is very professional and understanding. I appreciate her answering all my questions promptly without hesitation as well .Having to prepare all the documents for the waivers is very stressful because you want everything to be just right to be approved , I am glad Elizabeth was assigned our case , she is very knowledgeable. Clearly, she knows what she is doing ! I want to thank everyone in the firm . Once again , everyone has been very knowledgeable and have always taken care of us with the utmost respect . Our process continues since we are awaiting the approval notice for the I 601 A waiver that was filed in Aug. I am confident it will be approved as the I 212 waiver was and look forward to the day I will be able to say my husband is finally a US resident. It has been a long journey but now we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel .I truly thank God for finding a great ,honest, and genuine person like attorney Ruby Powers. She is extremely diligent and meticulous in her work.

The place looks nasty, and the reception window had shades so you can’t talk to anyone before they decide to open it. The lawyer I talked to wasn’t even aware of the simple exclusions on my case, after I asked a couple more questions, I realized how low key this place is. Never coming back or going to work with this lawyer group.
