Primeramente estoy muy agradecido con Mrs Rubby Powers pues hace 2 meses finalmente despues de haber fracasado con otros abogados, obtuve mi Green Card y puedo decir sinceramente que Mrs Rubby me ayudo mucho, como abogada es muy profesional y en verdad se esfuerza mas alla de lo que es su titulo, pues todo momento me hizo sentir que estaba muy bien reapaldado por ella, en cada ocacion que me trate de comunicar con ella siempre estuvo ahi para respoder a mis dudas y preoucapciones. Quede mas que satisfecho con todo su esfuerzo que puso en mi caso que sin duda alguna para mi fue un placer enorme haberla contratado para mi caso, y es muy cierto cuando dice la gente que es muy linda pues siempre asi lo fue conmigo en todo momento. Nunca pongo reviews pero hoy hize un esfuerzo pues en verdad lo vale mucho!!

I want to thank the Law Office Of Ruby L. Powers for the great job they did on my case, if it wasn't for her, right now I wouldn't be considered a US Resident. She knows the Law pretty well, she's very professional, kind and on top of her work. Her staff are kind, professional, and also on top of their work. I would recommend her to anyone, she will tell you the truth and what you can do about your case. She gave me an estimate time of when I would be receiving my green card and it all came out as she said. I went to so many lawyers and wasted money and time for so many years to hear the same thing, that I could fix but that I was going to be asked to leave the country once I went for the interview with immigration while mean time immigration made the decision ( of course I wasn't going to do that, I've been here in the US since I was about 3 or 4 years old and have my own family with two children. I can't live without my family.) The thing is in the past I had applied for TPS and I would renew it every year, but the last time I applied I thought I wasnt approved because I never received the approval letter. Then years went by and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals appear so I applied for that and well it was denied for the reason of TPS. So I looked up Law Office of Ruby L. Powers and made my appointment, I went there and I explained my situation and I gave her all my paper work of records, well it turned out that she told me that I never needed to apply to any of this, that I could actually apply for the Green card without being asked to leave the country. That I had all my proof, and I told her that for many years I went to a lot of lawyers and I told her what they would tell me. She shaked her head and she actually told me she was sorry I had to go through all of that and for the wrong information that was given to me by other law firms. Once again I recommend Law Office of Ruby L. Powers.

If any other lawyer has told you that you have to leave or that you can't do it, PLEASE do yourself a favor and get a second opinion with Ms. Powers. She helped us out a lot. They are always a phone call or an email away when we had any questions. We have worked with her for Resident process and Deferred Action and everything was really easy. We do plan on working with her in the future. Thank you Ms. Powers, Ms. Sepulveda and the lawyer who accompanied us to the interview.

Pensé en escribirlo en inglés pero hay mucha comunidad latina esperando en un proceso ! Hace 4 años llegue a la oficina de Ms ruby y con el tiempo totalmente encima trabajaron de inmediato en el proceso de mi hijo y el mío ! Hace unas semanas gracias a su ayuda y su conocimiento se logró un SI! Agradezco todo este tiempo que tuvieron para trabajar en mi caso agradezco su paciencia y todo su trabajo !! Excelente abogada ! I went to Ruby Powers because I needed her help in a complex Naturalization case involving a disability waiver for the exams. Like everyone new to this process, I was nervous and did not know what to expect. After meeting with Ruby and explaining the case, she offered her professional advice with confidence and empathy. I left her office after the first meeting feeling confident that she would be able to do this, and that she was the perfect attorney for this case. Everything was done in the exact time frame she specified, and her fees were exactly what she stated from the beginning, not a penny more. I approached Ruby Power office due to the great reviews and she meet all our expectations. My husband and I had a sour experience with the previous attorney that just had our family in disbelief anything could be fixed. ( adjustment of statues due to standing deportation/ with now a successful green card !) I always received a call back when left a message and if I would email Ruby or her staff any questions or comments were responded very promptly. I wish this Firm nothing but the BEST and you reading this review need help undergoing an immigration process please don't doubt this is the place to go !

They are really good in what they do. Their service is very fast & responsive. The firm transfer my H1b visa. Lawyer replies her emails very fast & receives calls also. Overall good experience.
