I hired Joshua in February of 2018 to represent me in a RCLA (Residential Construction Liability Act) claim after failing to resolve warranty issues with my builder on my own. Mr. Mermis is an excellent attorney that we hired to represent us when were having problems with our new construction builder. Through his guidance we filed a RCLA and lawsuit due to poor construction practices resulting in water penetration and numerous defects. Mr. Mermis was outstanding in providing a roadmap to collect for damages and for his preparation for our case in arbitration.
