My experience with Jim Adlers staff at Channelview office was very good. From the beginning to end have been completely satisfied. Of course still am not to the settlement yet but real close. Alexis Pena, Mayra Elias, and attorney, Orlando Zambrano have handled my case in a professional and efficient manner. Mrs. Pena has been lots of help, friendly, makes sure that I understand everything on my kids and my case . Jim Adler has a great staff, that are caring, and have your back 100%. I'm giving these five stars to Mrs. Eva Murn in the Channelview office for her excel-lent service. Unlike Alexis Peñas incompetence, Mrs. Murn should've been assigned to be my case manager. She's been very helpful and understanding and provides me with the information I need. She makes sure I understand the case and makes me feel like I did a good choice by hiring Mr. Adler to represent me. My case is still open and I'm looking forward to post another review and see if I indeed made a good choice.
