I was so distraught about the loss of my father and didn't know where to begin in pursuing justice for his wrongful death. I am beyond grateful and thankful for Amanda Flores. She was so understanding, patient, informative, kind, sympathetic but most of all she was attentive and responsive to all my concerns and questions! She always followed up with me and informed me of everything that was going on with my case. So here is a HUGE ...THANK YOU... to Amanda Flores and everyone at the law office of Jim Adler & associates for all you have done for easing the pain and stress caused by this tragedy! Although my mourning will never end, I feel better knowing that I made the right decision in choosing Jim Adler and associates!

I was involved in a multi-vehicle accident hundreds of miles from home. My car was totalled and I was injured. No doctor would see me because they didn't want to get involved. The team at Jim Adler & Associates came to my rescue. They got me the medical care I needed (which included surgery & physical therapy), and Evangelina Murn in the Channelview office is working hard to close this case. I would highly recommend this team of professionals to my family, friends and anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation.

From the moment my son was hurt, jim adler & associates were great, especially Elisa Rodriguez anytime something changed with his case she kept me informed! I would recommend any of my family are friends to jim adler&associates.

The beginning stages of the process moved quickly. Things understandly slowed down while documents were collected and I attended my appointments. However, overall, I felt that the employees handling my case could have made more of an effort to communicate with me. I had to make sure to call a number of times throughout the process for updates on the progression of the settlement. I dealt with 4 employees throughout the entire process Oscar, Ashley Centeno, Elissa Rodriguez and Patricia Ramirez and they were very friendly. I never spoke with my attorney. The attorneys fees were steep compared to what I felt was done on my behalf.

It was the other guy's fault. Had 2 herniated disks. Received $600 above the minimum 5,000. Myra was the first person to help. Spent a week or more trying to contact her about my therapy etc. Turns out she had a family emergency. Wish someone told me that when I called in. Change the voicemail or something. When she calls me it requires a response ASAP. So she emails me, since I'm deaf in one ear and can't hear majority of my phone calls. I responded fast like she wanted me to. Then tells me she never emailed me.??? She wasn't nice about it. I didn't want to argue with her being wrong. So I responded via email and she didn't get back to me. Aside from that everyone else was cool. Therapy felt like cattle in a milk farm. They attach you to electrode stimulants and then you leave.

They were swift and professional.
