Where do i start lol...so i got into a wreck someone pulled out infront of us . I broke my elbow and wrist i am on stand by for surgery due to medical problems. I have Iris Sanchez working on my case she never emails or calls back and if so she is rude ! I want to be updated about my case as would anyone else in the beginning she told me the paper work she needed i sent all i could get than i call to ask her if there was anything else and to see what jim adler had to say after reviewing it and guess what!? She never called back ! Ive tried and tried i have tons of email to show this plus call logs ! This is beyond stupid! Im always getting letters from "Jim Adler" but noone can pick up a phone to call ! Than i am in desperate need of a car i have a 2 year old and my husband has work since mine was wreck i have no car so i applied for a pre-settlement loan and they will not approve it ! She has yet to explain why! Like i understand if i was asking for 10,000 or a high amount i asked for 2,000 and they said no ...honestly im very upset due to the fact this is my money in the end for all ive lost plus what im going through so i dont see what could hurt but being rude and not calling back or even emailing back is not the way now id like to get a new lawyer and they wont realise my case with out getting a percentage out of it ! That is stupid ! I have no problem paying for the records they had to buy but why should they get anything if they are not helping me ! All i want is someone to tell me what is going on with MY case!

I would like to thank everyone at the Jim Adler law firm for handling my case and getting it done very efficiently and in the quickest manner. From Dona Hinton to Alexis Pena, who handled all my paperwork and called me to make sure I got what paperwork I needed to get to them, to Bill Adler, who was overseeing my whole case and also called to make sure everything was handled in an appropriate manner, and my closing coordinator Patricia Ramirez who called and introduced herself as soon as she received my file. I also got more than expected from the accident with their help. All I know if I ever get in another wreck I know exactly who to contact. It will be the Jim Adler's office in Channelview. I will always give my best referral for them. They can and are really their to help. I can't thank them enough.
