Texas Scammer!

Horrible! My mother took her case to them. And they don't care. No one EVER called my mother about her case. Every time I called I was transferred to a different lawyer that never answered and was sent to voicemail. I could NEVER speak to anyone expect the person that answers the phone. I honestly believe the people that commented before were paid too. We are so lost and with ZERO HELP FROM THIS PRACTICE!

NOT HAPPY!! At first it seem like they were in top of everything then when it came time to solve my case I got an extremely low amount of money, and so did both of my kids. All those ads and those false advertising commercials on TV are fake. That he will put a good amount of money in your pocket.. yeah right. Then all of a sudden my checks we're no where to be found. They couldn't tell me where they were at.Also Mr. Liles (Attorney)couldnt tell me the exact ammount i was going to get. The one person that really helped was Esmeralda Garcia. She did everything she could to locate the checks and I think she was the only one that cared and did all she could do to locate them and get them to my possession.Thanks Esmeralda. Then I come to find out that the law office got more money than I did. I was the one that got hurt... Not. Them.

I had a great experience with Mr. Adler and his associates. I would specifically like to thank Mrs. Julie Rogers for her exceptional customer service. This can be a very long and tedious process, but she did a great job keeping me up to date on the process and abreast to any changes as they came. Thank you all for ensuring my needs were met and a job well done.

I am very happy with Jim Adler and Associates. My leagle team was Juli Rogers and Will Liles. This is a team that is on top of it. There was good communication with Juli, the Paralegal, and with Will, my attorney. Phone calls and email communications were acknowledged and communication freely flowed back and forth. Another member of this team was Norma Villareal. She was the case closer. She make sure that all of the fine details were taken care of. My case had been dropped by an other attorney and other notable attorneys in Houston declined to accept my case. My case was accepted and this team did a very good job with the odds stacked against them. Although the case is now closed, they are still providing follow-up care. Thanks a bunch. My family and I appreciate you.

Elena Kritzer is a very knowledgeable lawyer with tons of experience. She can help you with your issue. She handles many clients and as we were new to how legal proceedings worked, we worried about how long things were taking. We learned to trust Elena because she knows how things work and is monitoring your situation and looking out for your best interests. I highly recommend her office; Judy in her office is really on-the-ball.
