I was rear ended by a commercial vehicle and retained Jim Adler to work on my case. From the beginning they were very professional and courteous to me. My case worker Elisa Rodriguez was very informative, and always kept me in the loop with my case, also she always answered the phone when I called. She even called me on the weekend a times just to let me know what was happening with me case. I would recommend Jim Adler and Associates to friends as well as my own family.

Only thing I didn't really get in the beginning was my insurance paid my drs so I got cut short on my treatment other than that they got me money I'm still waiting on it but something better than nothing

The worst ever because I was a passenger in a car accident they was very poor in handling my case they basically dismissed MN y case because my fiance was at fault so they say and the insurance denied my claim they did not even try to fight for me
