Holt & Young are very professional, accurate and caring. They are willing to work diligently with property owners and management companies to help resolve conflicts. H&Y also strives to ensure the quality and accuracy of their work is priority. I thoroughly enjoy the partnership we have with them.

Justin Anderson needs to go back to kindergarten. He lacks basic discipline. I bet your are going to stay a paralegal all your life if you continue to operate like this. Please grow up. I may not be your client and you can tell all you want how I am the opposing party in your legal dispute! LOL. I haven't disputed anything. I am first time home buyer who was unsure of how the HOA payments work and hence did not pay it on time. As soon as I received the letter from Holt and Young, I obliged and sent them the cashier check with the full amount owed within a day. Dispute that Justin Anderson is acting like he is the POTUS.

Just because someone is an opposing party in a legal dispute does not give the staff at Holt & Young entitlement to be rude to the person calling to clarify information or to learn more about the case. My husband and I are first time homeowners who tried to make payment plans for HOA but were not successful in setting this up properly through their website. We had also made a partial first payment in August and were waiting to make our subsequent payments on time. We received a letter from Holt & Young in September and immediately sent them a cashiers check for the full pending balance. Justin Anderson - the paralegal, was very unprofessional and rude in his phone and email communication with us. One would think that good communication is a basic skill required for a paralegal but he falls way short on that. I have read previous comments regarding him and I can totally relate to how he must have communicated with them. Just by replying to a review and stating that someone is an opposing party in a legal dispute and is not a client and that the accuracy of the review is disputed, does not make what Justin is doing right! I hope the owners at Holt & Young consider a corrective action with Justin to improve his communication skills and to make future customer service experience better for anyone who has to deal with him or with Holt & Young - May that be a client or an opposing party.

The lawyers and staff are top notch. They are kind, professional, and do a wonderful job. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and Ann Marie McGill always went above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner. They made a bad situation tolerable. Thank you.
