Very rude staff. Not professional at all they are supposed to be the ones who help the public and they are extremely poor at doing that. Horrible customer service go elsewhere for your legal needs they just want your money.

I am a Client Manager with LEAD Association Management and Holt & Young provides excellent legal counsel for many of the Homeowner Association's that I manage. They are always very responsive to any questions that the Board or the management team may have. They have expertly worked through many litigation matters (both for collections and for deed restriction violations) for these Associations and have great collection rates. I highly recommend using Holt & Young for any of your HOA legal needs.

I found Simmons and Fletcher to be responsive to every concern and inquiry, whether via phone or email. My attorney was S. Cantrell and the person I spoke with the most was A. Johnston.
