This is an overdue review. But I feel I must post it just in case it helps some one else that may be in a urgent situation and needs help, as I was. I had a difficult and complicated immigration case. It involved a previous differed adjudication case from several years ago. I consulted an attorney who started the process of green card renewal. After a a couple of months he called me into his office and was honest with me, he told me he could not take the case, it was too complicated and he believed it would be very unlikely we would get a good outcome. He returned all my money back and wished me well. I thought this is it; maybe there isn't anything that can be done. Several months later I decided to try again and this time started looking for a different attorney. I came across attorney David Breston. I read some of his reviews and how his knowledge of criminal and immigration law work together. I schedule a meeting and hoped he could help me or lead me in the right direction. I had all the previous documents that I had gathered and given to the first attorney with me so he was able to read the court transcripts and asked me a few questions. He said he would take my case and stated he didn't believe it would be a problem because my court case was before they changed a new law. He also encouraged me to apply for citizenship. Which I never thought was a possibility. I was expecting him to charge a large sum for his services, but to my surprise he was very reasonable. That was in October 2021. By December I was going to the local office for fingerprints. He's office called about every 2 months to keep me updated. July 2022 I had my citizenship interview, Mr. Breston was not able to attend that interview with me because he had a criminal case in court, but another attorney from the office did attend. He was there in a timely manner and was knowledgeable about my case. He was also encouraging me and telling me to relax and he would be right there in case there was an issue. The interview went well and the immigration officer said he was recommending approval of my application. The interviewing immigration officer as well as the attorney said congratulations, but I was still not convinced since it still needing to be reviewed. I waited anxiously for a response, trying to stay positive. Finally his office called me and gave me the good news. January 11th 2023 I went for my swearing in ceremony. Attorney Breston and all of the staff were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough. All I was hoping for was to be able to renew my green card and instead I was able to achieve citizenship. If you need immigration assistance please reach out to them. They are fantastic!! I recommend them to anyone that needs help.

I highly recommend Mr. Breston to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney. I was impressed from the initial consultation, and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I retained Mr. Breston for a motion for early release from deferred adjudication, in an out of county case. He was attentive and consistently assisted with navigating between probation offices in two counties. His office presented our motion flawlessly, and received praise from the judge and prosecutor during the hearing. My sentence was reduced by 18 months, and several conditions were amended as well. Mr. Breston was very affordable, and his work far exceeds expectations. If I could give his office more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot thank his office enough for all their hard work.
