I am very pleased with the service David provided. He always makes sure to keep in contact and his office is very great at keeping you updated with your case every step of the way. David was transparent about the case and fought for me the entire time. He quoted me very fairly as compared to many other lawyers with less experience than him and I’m pleased with the outcome. I was prepared to have a trial and for the case to drag on, but David really did everything he could to minimize the longevity of the case and to ensure I was treated fairly from all parties involved.

This was honestly one of the best lawyers we have encountered. From the start David Breston was able to make calls letting us know the difficulty of the case and how long the process could take. In no time he was able to help us get my father back into court and reduce his felony charge to a misdemeanor. We had talked to other lawyers but they all made excuses because my father was taken into immigration custody and said his case could not be resolved. David Breston on the other hand waited for him to be released while still working on his criminal case. He gave us the best price compared to all the other lawyers who wanted to charge us almost tripled the amount because he was and immigrant. He never gave us false hopes and was always on top of everything. Thank you David Breston. Highly recommend!!
