He helped my husband with drug case that was hendering him for obtaining his immigration status. He worked around the clock to get this situation resolved and today he got the case dismissed. David is a very direct person which I can appreciate. I am a difficult person to deal with and I know it and so does he. However, he delivered and exceeded my expectations not just because of the dismissal but his ability keep me leveled stand his ground. He is no pushover and that is a quality you want your attorney to have, his staff is very responsive and given the amount of work he has to put it he is timely with his responses. I usually don’t right reviews but on him I had too. He got my case dismissed and I’m very thankful! Since my case got dismissed I was able to go back to work . Anything is possible if you just believe and be patient. He will work with you and do everything to get a case dismissed. Thank You!!

From the beginning when I contacted Mr Breston through his website, I felt comfortable with Mr. Breston and he assured me from the beginning not to worry. He immediately returned my call and we agreed to meet the following week. Mr. Breston was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate to my plight. He again gave reassurances and said not to worry. The fee was extremely reasonable to retain him. My case lasted 48 days. Through this, Mr. Breston was extremely responsive, often calling/ texting after hours with information and again always the reassurances. This was my first arrest and today he had the charge dismissed.
