Hello everybody, Anybody that's having a problem with immagration law ,David Breston is the one you need to call his really a good lawyer he got experienced of winning your case. I'm a female from the Philippines they try to deport me because I got a felony and 2 misdemeanor back in 2005 now is 2013 I did my time finish it but still immigration still want to deport me because criminal law and immigration is different you do time with them too. I've been a resident in United States for 17 years I lived here longer than I've lived in the Philippines but it doesn't matter they still try to deport you. My case was that I was charged with a DUI and luckily I did not take the breath test. I was very worried that this would result in a conviction that might ruin my career. David pushed the case and on the day of trial the prosecutor dismissed the case, and I did not loose my DL! I am thankful for ever!
