Amazing experienced attorney. Solved a case that many other attorneys said was a ”miracle" to pull off! Does not take your money if he knows there is nothing he can do for you. Prices are very reasonable.

This guy is ver unprofessional. First he didn't shake hand, he walked out as we were talking, he started eating in the middle of the talk, he was just bad. I wouldn't recommend this guy to no one he is cheap but cheap stuff come out expensive at the end. Save yourself some time and look for a more professional Lawer. (Is better to pay a little more and win. Then to save a little more money and lose)

My husband, Adam G Calder was arrested in the post office on Dec. 2015 because his former boss of Queen of Peace Church, falsely accused him by stealing the offering money. I took my 9 months old baby along with me to bail my husband out during the morning 3am. What a blessing from the Queen of Peace Catholic Church! We need to thank the devil to make us to appreciate God more. I know my husband did not do it, and he is innocent. We could take the free Lawyer the court offered to us, but our friends kept telling us to find a good lawyer because it was a felony case, so we checked online, and we found Mr. Breston because of his high rate. It is the first time that my husband got arrested, and it is the first time that we hired a lawyer. We don't know how long the case will last, and We don't know if our lawyer will handle the case properly. What I wanted was to dismiss the case immediately because my husband is innocent! At the beginning, I kept writing to Mr. Breston asking a lot of questions about the case. For example, when will the case be dismissed? When can we see the video? Why don't they give the DA video? Do they have the Video? I suffered emotional depression badly until I saw the video eventually. The person in the video was not my husband, and they falsely accused my husband even without a decent video. My Goodness, The Queen of Peace Catholic Church father is an evil doer. How can God allow this happen? How can a father of Church give false statement to the police? How can the police arrest my husband without investigation at all? Bad people, bad cops, and bad things are real in the world. We all need professional help. I am glad that we found Mr. Breston. He saw the Video and helped to dismiss the case in the following month. He surprised us with his quick defense. We are so proud of him. My husband did not convict crime, and the ADA dropped and dismissed the case after 5 months going through no tape/ videos, blank tape and the so called videos showing totally different body shape person stealing the offering money. The malicious ADA denied the expunction at the beginning. Mr. Breston talked the head of DA, and they reached a deal to do the expunction, but they will let the ADA personally keep the record for 3 years. We allow the ADA to keep the record forever since he has difficulty to figure out who stole the offering money. In fact, Everyone can go to law school, but not everyone is smart. Thank God for making us different. Thank God for choosing Mr. Breston as our lawyer. We appreciated your work for the case. Hopefully, we will receive the expunction in few months.
